Jenn McCourt

Jenn McCourt has a diverse work experience in the military and corporate sectors. Jenn began their career in 2014 as a Logistics Readiness Officer for the United States Air Force. Jenn then progressed to roles such as Program Manager - Logistics Advisor to Afghan Military, Project Manager - Installation Deployment Officer, Project Manager - Vehicle Operations Flight Commander, and Project Manager - Supply Customer Service Operations. In 2018, they joined the Defense Logistics Agency as a Program Manager - Logistics Career Broadening Officer. In 2020, they joined Fulcrum Collaborations as Operations Manager and Operations Analyst. In their Operations Analyst role, Jenn was responsible for software implementation, B2B customer account management, business analysis, custom reporting and data analysis, and customer software requests. Jenn also had a role in the Defense Logistics Agency as a Program Manager - Logistics Career Broadening Officer, where they gained insight into the full scope of logistics program management and interfaced with suppliers and vendors.

Jenn McCourt is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Virginia Commonwealth University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2017. Jenn also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Clemson University, which they earned in 2014. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Program Management Level I from the Defense Acquisition University in March 2020, Global Supply Chain Executive Development Program from the University of Tennessee in November 2018, and Life Cycle Logistics Level I & II from the Defense Acquisition University.
