Joel McCauley

Joel McCauley has extensive work experience in various roles within the insurance and business development field. Joel most recently worked at MCIM by Fulcrum Collaborations as an Operations Project Manager. Prior to that, they owned their own company, Trinity Insurance and Risk Management, LLC. Joel also worked as a Customer Success and Analytics Manager at Fenris Digital and as a Business Development Representative at Snagajob. Earlier in their career, they held positions at AIG as a Business Development Manager, at Chubb as a Personal Lines Appraiser, and at Augusta Mutual Insurance Company as a Marketing Representative.

Joel McCauley completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from James Madison University in 1996. Additionally, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in March 2023.
