Adrienne Mercer

Adrienne is a Partner in their St. John’s office. She practices in the areas of general corporate and business law, tax, and energy and natural resources. Adrienne regularly advises entrepreneurs, business owners, private corporations and other entities in connection with business structures, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, income tax, corporate governance, and other matters. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts, shareholder agreements and other commercial agreements.
