Tony Richardson

Tony is a partner in their Fredericton office with a practice in insolvency law, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters. He concentrates on creditors’ rights cases in the recovery context as well as representing professionals and institutions in litigation and regulatory matters. He appears regularly before the Court of Queen’s Bench in the Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Trial Divisions as well as before many public and private regulatory tribunals.
