Carl Moseling

Carl has practised the defence of personal injury claims for workers' compensation insurers, compulsory third party motor vehicle insurers and public liability insurers for many years now. With extensive experience in personal injury litigation, he is confident with the applicable interactions between workers' compensation and CTP.

Carl also advises WorkCover Queensland and self-insured workers' compensation insurers concerning statutory appeals before both the Industrial Magistrates Courts and Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.

In 2012, Carl was appointed as a Principal of the Insurance team.
