Victor L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Victor began their career as a Staff Accountant at McLean Majdanski, Chartered Accountants in 2002. Victor then joined PwC as an Experienced Senior Associate, specializing in Tax and Audit. In 2006, Victor joined AECOM, where they served as a Tax Manager, Controller for Canada, and ultimately an Associate Vice President of Finance for the Central Region. Afterward, they joined WSP as the National Vice President of Operations Finance and FP&A. In 2017, Victor joined BGIS as the Global Vice President of Corporate Finance. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at McIntosh Perry. Victor L. has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in finance, accounting, and leadership throughout their career.
Victor L. obtained their CPA, CA Designation from the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada between 2002 and 2005. In 2012, they completed the IFRS Immersion Workshop (50 days, online) from Global IFRS Training Specialists. Victor also completed the In-Depth Tax I course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Canada from 2008 to 2009. Victor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Victoria, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in accounting and finance from LinkedIn in 2020.
