Graeme Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Graeme currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at McIntyre Compliance Services since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director at ISS Facility Services UK from November 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining ISS, Graeme held multiple roles at phs Compliance. Graeme served as the Joint Managing Director from August 2018 to November 2019 and as the Operations Director from January 2016 to August 2018. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of compliance testing, maintenance, and installation divisions across various sectors.

From March 2015 to December 2015, Graeme worked as a Projects Director and later as an Operations Director for the RBS Account at Carillion. Additionally, they served as an Account Manager in Defence, responsible for delivering services to the US Military through the MOD DIO client, from July 2012 to May 2014.

Earlier in their career, Graeme held roles at Monteray, where they worked as a Projects Contracts Manager from July 2005 to July 2012. Additionally, they served as an Engineering Services Manager from April 2006 to June 2007.

Graeme's work experience dates back to 1993 when they served as an Avionics Engineer in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers - REME until 2005.

Graeme Taylor has a diverse education history. Graeme attended Aston Business School in Birmingham from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, in 2005, they obtained a Prince 2 Practitioner certification from the Bristol Management Centre, specializing in Prince 2 Project Management. In 1995, Graeme attended the School of Electronic & Aeronautical Engineering, where they studied Avionic Engineering. Their education started in 1993 at Princess Marina College in Arborfield, Berkshire, where they pursued a Military Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
