Hiten Asher is the current Chief Financial Officer at MCIS Life. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting- Core business Operations - Financial Services at Deloitte Consulting from August 2020 to July 2021. Hiten also worked as the Head of PMO - VP transformation office at Manulife from November 2016 to April 2020 where they were responsible for driving strategic vision by driving implementation of strategic projects for Manulife Holdings. From July 2015 to October 2016, they worked as the Regional Program Manager - Regulatory Projects at Standard Chartered Bank.

Hiten Asher has a PGDBA from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration in Finance and Systems, an ICWAI in Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounts from Loyola College. Hiten also has certification from Human Inc in Design Thinking Practitioner, from The Open Group in TOGAF 9 certified, from Deloitte in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, from Simplilearn in TOGAF Certification Program, and from IBM in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.
