Cheng Sun

Cheng (Samuel) Sun is an experienced interpreter currently working at Propio Language Services since October 2025 and has also been serving as an interpreter at MCIS Language Solutions since May 2025. Prior to these roles, Cheng held a position as a Student Consultant liaison at the Centre for Social Enterprise Development from January 2025 to April 2025, where responsibilities included conducting market research on ESG and CSR consulting for SMEs and developing strategic proposals. Additionally, an internship at DIANTECH SOLUTIONS involved testing and evaluating laptops as part of a system optimization project. Cheng's professional training includes participation in interpreter training with Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. Cheng holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science with a focus in Economics from the University of Ottawa, completed in 2024, and previously earned a High School Diploma from Grand Canadian Academy Jiaxing in 2020.
