Currently serving as the Compliance and Quality Manager at MCIS Language Solutions since December 2015, Deanna has held multiple managerial roles within the company, focusing on systems development, communications, and account management. With a strong freelance translation practice since May 2012, experience as a Project Manager at Apex K.K., and previous positions in writing, editing, and resource development, Deanna combines their expertise in language services with effective organizational management. An accomplished educator, Deanna holds a Master of Arts in Translation Studies and is pursuing further qualifications in Quality Management, alongside a specialization in Strategic Leadership and Management.
