Leone Baron currently serves as the Head of Community and Talent at MCJ, where leadership spans membership, talent, and events for a network encompassing over 3500 vetted members and 90+ portfolio companies. Formerly the first full-time community hire at MCJ, Leone designed a talent system and oversaw 160 events within one year. As the Founder and Co-Editor of Following the Footprints, Leone develops content strategies and writes about sustainability innovations in consumer goods. Additional roles include advisory positions with College to Climate and prior experience as Community Lead at MadeFrom, where management focused on customer success and climate literacy. Leone has co-founded Kintro, a tool for enhancing online community connections, and played pivotal roles in product and community leadership at Interwoven, as well as overseeing sustainability initiatives at TENZING Natural Energy. Leone holds a BASc in Arts and Sciences from UCL and is a recipient of the Sainsbury Management Fellows' 'Engineers in Business' Award.
