Ralph Childers

Ralph Childers has a long and varied work experience. Ralph began their career in 1985 as an enlisted member of the US Army. In 1993, they joined Robertson Stephens Investment Bank in San Francisco as VP-IT- Converts and Derivatives, a role they held until 2002 when they moved to Piper Jaffray as Senior Product Manager. In 2007, they held two roles simultaneously, Senior Product Manager at E*TRADE Financial and Consulting at Ronin Capital. Finally, in 2012 they joined McKay Brothers, LLC as Director of US Security and Facilities, a role in which they report directly to the Founders and is one of the first 20ish people in the Company.

Ralph Childers attended California State University, Chico from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
