Roux-Lien Weideman

Roux-lien is a resourceful individual who started her career in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations in 2007. She has worked in the blue-collar industry for several years for companies like Anglo Base Metals and Tronox.

Roux-lien started with McKay Drilling in 2017 and is currently managing our HR and Injury Management Department. Roux-lien conducts herself in a professional manner at all times. Her excellent communication skills and can-do attitude enables her to achieve optimum success in her position.
