Jaime Roman is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in maritime and administration roles. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at McKeil Marine Limited since March 2023, Jaime provides personal safety leadership and oversees project planning and execution. Previous experience includes working as a Project Manager at BRU Developments, where Jaime was responsible for market research and client proposal development. As a Surveyor at Bureau Veritas Group, Jaime conducted inspections for various marine and port facilities. Prior roles also include Administration Manager and Operations Superintendent at BPZ Energy, where Jaime led multiple projects, managed a large workforce, and improved safety and operational efficiency. Jaime's foundational experience as a Navy Officer in the Peruvian Navy provided expertise in maritime law enforcement and operations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a 2-year degree in Business Human Resources.
