Patrick Bourke, CPA, CA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Before joining McKeil Marine Limited, Bourke had a significant tenure at Deloitte Canada, where they held the positions of Executive Director, M&A from March 2013 to February 2017, and Vice President, M&A from February 2011 to March 2013. In these roles, they had extensive experience in leading and managing complex acquisition and divestiture advisory mandates, particularly in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
Bourke also had prior experience at Freeze-Dry Foods Ltd. as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis from November 2009 to February 2011, where they were responsible for financial modeling, consolidation, and cost-benefit analysis. Additionally, they led the implementation of a new ERP system across all company functions.
Earlier in their career, Bourke worked at CML Healthcare as the Manager of Corporate Development from June 2009 to November 2009, where they played a key role in financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research for targeted corporate acquisitions.
Patrick'scareer began at Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance, where they worked as an Associate from March 2007 to June 2009, and as a Senior Staff Accountant from September 2005 to March 2007.

Patrick Bourke, CPA, CA completed their Honours Economics degree at Western University from 1997 to 1999. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued their HBA degree in Finance and Accounting at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
