Cyonna Holmes

Cyonna Holmes is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at McKesson since September 2025. Prior to this role, Cyonna worked at Celanese from April 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading global pharma strategies for ophthalmology, RNA, rare diseases, and emerging areas, notably achieving significant milestones in pipeline portfolio prioritization and collaborations with major institutions like Johns Hopkins University. Earlier experience includes positions at L.E.K. Consulting as a Life Sciences Consultant, where Cyonna provided strategic advisory services to clients across various therapeutic areas, and at UT Southwestern Medical Center in technology transfer and commercialization. Cyonna holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Stanford University.
