Dave Exterovich

Dave Exterovich is the Managing Chief Counsel at McKesson, where they oversee legal matters related to healthcare solutions. They previously held positions as Vice President and Counsel at M&T Bank and Senior Manager of Contracts at Capital One, providing legal advice and negotiating complex contracts. Dave served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and has experience in various legal roles, including with Emerson Process Management and Victory Media Inc. They hold a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and an MBA from Seton Hill University.
