Emily Baldi is a seasoned professional in user experience and product design with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at McKesson, Emily previously held the position of UX Design Lead at Randstad Digital and was the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at INsrcD. Emily has a robust background at Berkadia, where initiatives led to the establishment of a functional research practice, and at Cigna, where a significant redesign resulted in substantial growth in digital enrollments. Emily's expertise in user research, design thinking, and cross-functional team management is complemented by an educational foundation in Human Factors in Information Design and Graphic Design from recognized institutions.
