Lorelei Lampe

Lorelei Lampe serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at McKesson since January 2022, focusing on creating an inclusive environment that fosters fulfilling careers. Prior to this role, Lorelei had an extensive career at Johnson & Johnson, where key positions included Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for North America and Senior HR Leader for Global Services Talent Acquisition, contributing to the launch of the Global Talent Building & Talent Intelligence team. Lorelei also led talent acquisition for North America's field sales and supply chain sectors while beginning a career in recruiting at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier experience includes serving as President of Earth Logic Search and Branch Director at All Medical Personnel. Lorelei holds an Associate of Arts from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida.
