Terry Pfab

Terry Pfab is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and information systems across various industries. Currently serving as SVP & CIO for both Core Business Solutions & Services and McKesson Technology, Terry has also held the role of Interim CISO. Previous positions include Director of Systems at Zurich Insurance, Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Director of IT at Allegiance Healthcare, and various IT roles at Baxter Healthcare. Terry holds an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BS in Management and Information Systems from Illinois State University.
