Ms. Rachel Waters joined McKinley Capital in 2015 as a Web Application Developer and is now a member of McKinley Management’s Data Science Team. Rachel is responsible for using data to create actionable insights that facilitate investment and research decision making. Prior to joining McKinley, Ms. Waters worked for the University of Alaska Anchorage where she led the Web Applications Engineering Team in overseeing several enterprise level systems for the University and also taught Computer Science as an Adjunct Professor. She now enjoys applying her strong IT background and analytical skills to the investment and research industry.
