Stacia Gillam

Ms. Stacia Gillam joined McKinley Management as its Chief Strategy Officer in 2021. In this role, Stacia develops the firm’s strategic plan and oversees the firm’s brand, communications, sales, and marketing initiatives across all business units. She works closely with the Executive team to maintain strategic plan alignment and ensure integrity and consistency throughout all firm activities. Stacia has 27 years of experience in brand management and marketing. Her work experience includes nearly 20 years as the Vice President of Client Service at The Nerland Agency – an advertising agency based in Anchorage, Alaska. Prior to this, she worked in public relations and marketing at Hilton Hotels in Chicago, IL, and Kennedy Group in Dallas, TX.
