Cody Kephart has a robust background in land development and construction, currently serving as the Director of Development at McKinley Homes since 2021, after progressing through roles as Sr. Land Development Manager and Land Development Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Pre Construction/Estimator at Magnum Contracting LLC from April 2017 to 2021.
