Don Gale has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Don began their career at Bowen and Bowen Homebuilders, where they served as the VP of Sales and Marketing. During their time there, they played a key role in driving sales volume, hiring and training sales staff, and managing in-house marketing budget. Don also negotiated lot inventories, developed new products, and stabilized margins. After leaving Bowen and Bowen Homebuilders, Don founded Don Gale & Associates, Inc./Love Your Space LLC, a semi-custom home building and remodeling company. As the President, they were responsible for contract negotiations, sales, and construction operations. Don also served as the CEO/Broker at Structures Real Estate Services, a real estate consulting firm specializing in new home construction. Don evaluated market conditions, developed sales professionals, and partnered with local development groups. Don then joined Millard Bowen Realty Group as a Sales Director, where they created policies and procedures for the sales staff and worked with agents on acquiring and meeting the needs of clients.
