Josh Lin, Vice President, Information and Strategy – Josh leads McKinley’s technology organization, ensuring best-in-class software tools enable McKinley teammates to deliver exceptional experiences and service to residents. Josh’s focus is on connecting McKinley’s technology and business strategy in a way that is people first.

Josh has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Prior to joining McKinley, Josh spent over a decade in operational leadership and investor roles across various technology businesses, with a focus on leading Product and Engineering teams.
