Mercedes Sullivan

Mercedes Sullivan serves as the VP of People Transformation at McKinley Companies, a leader in residential real estate since 1968. Previously, Mercedes held various roles at TIAA, including VP, HR Storefront Architect, and contributed significantly to HR projects and digital strategies over a tenure from 2013 to 2025. Prior experience includes project direction at Symphonic Strategies, founder at Aguacate & Co. LLC, and research director at CEB. Mercedes's educational background encompasses an MA in International Studies from the University of Sydney and a BA in International/Global Studies from Boston College.
