William Epps IV

William Epps IV is the Director, Villages of Taylor at McKinley. He studied political science at WCC and EMU and proceeded to work in both real estate and retail management before joining McKinley in 2003 starting with the company as a salesperson in Ann Arbor.

Today, he oversees operations for McKinley's owned portfolio in Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. William is passionate about providing unparalleled customer service and is an exemplary example of McKinley's commitment to promoting from within and creating advancement opportunities.
