James Elliot

Jim is a Chief Executive Officer for California Correctional Healthcare Services with 32 years in “C” level healthcare administrative positions ranging from rehab hospital, to medical school teaching practices and community clinics. Jim has a master’s degree in organizational leadership and is certified as a correctional health care professional. However, Jim’s Bachelor’s degree is in photography and he is an apprenticed photographer. Besides his freelance work, Jim worked as a technical project manager for Walt Disney Pictures-Feature Animation earlier in his career and was nominated for an Academy Award for Technical Merit in 1987. Jim has also served four terms on the Bonita Unified School District and was president three times.
