Paul Rowley

Paul has over 35 years of experience in the water utility industry. Paul began his employment at Golden State Water Company in 2007 as a District Manager. Paul is currently the Vice President of Water Operations and Director of Procurement Services. In this position he has executive responsibility for all District Operations and the Centralized Procurement Services Department. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
