Chris Lineback has a strong background in product design, development, and engineering. Chris'smost recent role was as the VP of Product Design & Development at McKinnon and Harris, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Engineering at the same company. Lineback also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Open Plan Systems, a Corporate Manufacturing Engineer at Metrie, and a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Hillphoenix. Chris has held positions at Steelcase, Miles Talbott Furniture, Russell Carroll Manufacturing, The Alexander Dodds Co, Carter Products, and FineLine Prototyping Inc, where they gained expertise in manufacturing, process improvement, and design for manufacturing.
Chris Lineback graduated from North Carolina State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a specialization in Furniture Manufacturing. In the same year, they also obtained the certification of Engineering Intern from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Chris then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at East Carolina University from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they obtained the certification of Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, and in 2013, they obtained the certification of Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ.
