Allison Lu

Allison Lu is a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in growth and sales since August 2023. Previously, Allison served as Cofounder and CEO at Flyerstack, participating in the Berkeley SkyDeck and UC Launch programs in 2021. Allison held a public office as a Commissioner for the City of Berkeley from February 2019 to December 2021, focusing on policies related to women's health and gender equity. Experience also includes a Product Management Internship at Vocera Communications, where Allison developed a system for beta testing and metrics reporting, and a role as a Rally Organizer for PERIOD., leading nationwide rallies and initiatives, notably abolishing the California tampon tax. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science and Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
