Amy Royer

Amy (Kelleher) Royer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management over the past decade. Currently serving as a Manager of Recruiting at McKinsey & Company since September 2016, Amy has held various roles including Executive Recruiter for Tech and Manager of Recruiting Operations specializing in Digital and Analytics. Prior to this, Amy worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Experienced Hire Recruiting for Compliance and Legal, and at Time Inc. as a Staffing Manager overseeing the full cycle recruitment for multiple departments, as well as managing internship programs. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources and a minor in Finance from Fairfield University.
