Becca Bauman Kelleher

Becca Bauman Kelleher, CFA, currently serves as Director of Business Transformation at Ardagh Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Becca has held several positions at McKinsey & Company, starting as Vice President and later as Finance Transformation Lead from June 2018 to the present. Becca was also a Director and Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting from February 2015 to May 2018, and worked as a Finance Specialist at EchoStar Corporation from 2013 to 2015. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate position at Mesirow Financial from August 2009 to July 2012 and a Finance Internship at Dish Network in 2008. Becca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, completed between 2005 and 2009, and pursued further education at UCD Smurfit from 2012 to 2013.
