Bertrand Lanxade

Bertrand Lanxade has extensive experience in human resources and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of People + Partner Support & Office Services at McKinsey & Company from March to June 2024, Bertrand previously held significant HR roles at Forvis Mazars Group, overseeing HR for over 400 employees in Switzerland, and at HEG, where Bertrand lectured on leadership and HR management.
