Dr. Arndt Kaminski

Dr. Arndt Kaminski is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, serving as the Head of Private Equity & Principal Investors for Central Europe since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kaminski held the position of Senior Partner at Bain & Company from 1998 to 2022, where an industry-leading track record was established to assist private equity funds in achieving significant financial outperformance through extensive commercial and operational due diligence, resulting in numerous successful deals and value creation programs. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate at eVolution Global Partners from 2000 to 2002, focusing on venture capital initiatives. Academically, Kaminski earned a PhD from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, alongside a graduate degree in business administration.
