Elina Rodriguez

Elina Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management consulting and product development. At McKinsey & Company, Elina held the positions of Engagement Manager, Associate, and Summer Associate. Prior to this, Elina worked at American Express as a Senior Manager in Product Development & Management, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Analyst in Strategic Initiatives. Elina also gained early experience as a Behavioral Planning Intern at BBDO and as a Law Clerk & Yale Law School Summer Liman Fellow at Americans for Immigrant Justice. Elina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (2019-2021) and completed a course at Harvard Business School Online in 2016.
