Erica Hutchins Coe

Erica Hutchins Coe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and public health. From August 2008 to March 2022, Erica served as Global Executive Director of the McKinsey Health Institute and as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Erica held leadership roles including Co-leader of the Center for Societal Benefit through Healthcare and Co-leader of the Center for U.S. Health System Reform. Prior to McKinsey, Erica worked as an Associate Consultant at Easton Associates and contributed as a Writer/Interviewer at Harvard University, as well as a Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital. Erica's early career included an internship at The Carter Center focused on mental health programs.
