Jay Kaza

Jay Kaza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and program leadership across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Expert and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Jay has also held significant roles at Salesforce as a Principal and Digital Transformation Advisor. Previous positions include program delivery and architecture at IBM, implementation consulting at Wipro Technologies, and solution architecture and practice leadership at Acumen Solutions. Additionally, Jay contributes to the academic community as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business. Academically, Jay holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems Management from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
