Joel Willcher

Joel Willcher serves as the Global Director of Internal Communications at McKinsey & Company since 2009, where responsibilities include crafting and executing engagement strategies aimed at driving organizational change and enhancing social cohesion within the firm. Previously, Joel held the position of Engagement Manager and Development Intern at Hillel: Foundation for Jewish Campus Life in 2006. Joel obtained a Juris Doctor degree from New York University between 2006 and 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, completed in 2006.
