Kathryn Malm Bourgoine

Kathryn Malm Bourgoine, CDT, UXC, CSPO, PSM 1, is an experienced Product Manager at McKinsey & Company since August 2020, contributing to strategic product development. As a Board Member of the AEC Hackathon since March 2015, Kathryn fosters international collaboration among designers and technologists aimed at improving the built environment. Previous roles include Senior Director of Acquisitions at Kaplan, where Kathryn led a remote team in creating diverse products for the Barron's brand, and significant positions at McGraw-Hill Education, focusing on adaptive Ed Tech platforms, and at John Wiley and Sons, managing multiple editorial and acquisitions roles. Kathryn holds a B.S. in Speech Pathology/Audiology and English from Marymount Manhattan College, completed a Nanodegree in Data Science for Business Leaders from Udacity, and possesses a strong background in market research, product strategy, and customer experience design.
