Larissa Tosi

Larissa Tosi is an experienced recruiting professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently an Executive Recruiter at McKinsey & Company since July 2016, Larissa has held several progressive roles including Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. Prior to this, Larissa was with Kensington International from October 2013 to July 2016, serving as an Associate at the Laramie Group, which specializes in recruiting middle management and high-impact professionals. Larissa also worked as a Research Manager at Kensington International, contributing to one of the largest executive search and development firms in the U.S. Earlier experience includes being a Research Associate at Korn/Ferry International, focusing on consumer markets, and serving as an Event Coordinator for Chicago Twenty Something.
