Leslie Giordano

Leslie Giordano has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Technology & Digital Function at McKinsey & Company since December 1991. In this position, Giordano collaborates with the CIO Team and other leaders to shape global IT strategy, manage IT talent, oversee the Global Program Management Office, address IT business risks, and facilitate change management and communications. Prior to this role, Giordano was the Director of Technology Adoption at McKinsey, focusing on global deployment programs and organizational development. Before joining McKinsey, Giordano worked at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1981 to 1991 in sales as a global account manager. Giordano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Muhlenberg College, earned between 1977 and 1981.
