Lydia Han

Lydia Han is the Founder and Coach of Authentic and Alive, established in October 2021 to empower individuals to lead authentic, confident, and joyful lives. With extensive experience in talent development and coaching, Lydia has successfully guided over 300 clients from top companies, including McKinsey & Company and Amazon, in overcoming career challenges. Currently serving as Coach Faculty at McKinsey & Company, Lydia offers career strategy advice and coaching, having coached approximately 250 individuals to date. Previously, Lydia held significant roles at McKinsey, Faraday Future, SpaceX, DreamWorks Animation, and The Walt Disney Company, focusing on human resources, talent strategy, and employee relations. Lydia's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UC San Diego and a coaching certification from The Life Coach School.
