Marques Menon

Marques Menon is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Program Director at Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, where management and implementation of the EMPOWER program take precedence. Since 2020, Marques has also acted as a Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering Ambassador, promoting the significance of engineering worldwide. As a Global Executive Panel Member at McKinsey & Company, Marques contributes insights on crucial business trends. Additionally, Marques co-founded the Nation Building School to empower young citizens in social change, while also holding managerial roles at SOLS Education and Akademi Harimau Asia, focusing on education and STEM initiatives. Marques has previously worked in energy efficiency at Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd, held assistant director responsibilities at the Prime Minister's Department, and served as a community and project manager at the Prime Minister's Office. Marques' educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from UCSI and Cambridge A Levels in Science from Tunku Abdul Rahman University.
