Martin Botero

Martin Botero is a Junior Associate in the Capital Excellence and Operations Practice at McKinsey & Company since November 2022, offering expertise in strategic and operational advisory for large construction projects. Previously, Martin worked as a Structural Engineer at setec Bâtiment, where responsibilities included designing and supervising the extension of Europe's largest microchip factory.
