Michael Birshan

Michael Birshan is a distinguished leader in the field of strategy and corporate finance, currently serving as the Global Co-leader of the Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice at McKinsey & Company since September 2006. Under this role, Michael oversees strategic transformations for clients, encompassing areas such as corporate strategy, M&A, finance, and executive counseling. In addition to this global leadership position, Michael is active in the McKinsey Global Institute Council and serves as the Director at BritishAmerican Business and a Fellow at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
