Mona Hammami

Mona Hammami is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and economic development. Currently serving as a Partner at McKinsey & Company since September 2021, Mona also holds the position of Young Global Leader and Founding Curator of the Abu Dhabi Hub at the World Economic Forum since March 2017. Prior to these roles, Mona spent over a decade at the Office of Strategic Affairs in the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, progressing from Manager to Senior Director. Previous experience includes a role as Engagement Manager at Booz & Company, and positions as Economist at the International Monetary Fund and Analyst at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia. Academically, Mona holds a PhD in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Oxford, a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on International Development from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor's in Economics from the American University of Beirut.
