Pasley Weeks, P.Eng, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently a Partner at McKinsey & Company since January 2017, Pasley has advanced through various roles including Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Business Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at Shell from August 2013 to December 2016 as a Heavy Oil Economist and Operations EIT, along with an academic leadership role as President of the Institute for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy Students' Association (ISEEESA) from 2010 to May 2013, where significant initiatives in funding strategy and executive development were implemented.
