Prashanth Reddy is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where they lead the Private Capital and Social Sector practices, overseeing over 600 colleagues globally. In their current role, Prashanth focuses on healthcare value, private equity, and operational excellence while supporting practice operations as Finance leader. Previously, Prashanth worked at Cognizant Inc. as a business analyst and business development leader, engaging with large national healthcare clients. They hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MIF from London Business School, both achieved with honors.
