Ryan Cain

Ryan Cain is an accomplished Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at McKinsey & Company, where they lead M&A execution in North America and have played a pivotal role in the firm’s most acquisitive period, facilitating around 20 transactions totaling over $500 million since 2020. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions in equity research and investment management, including significant tenures at UBS, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and KPMG Capital. Ryan’s earlier career also included contributions to risk management in the aftermath of the World Trade Center disasters while working at PwC. They earned a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
